P\u00e9ter Nemeshegyi SJ. \u2013 Krisztina Csek\u0151 \u2013 Enik\u0151 Perczel \u201eERMI\u2019S FLUTE\u201d (audio-play 15 episodes, 15×15 min) based on the novel by Peter Nemeshegyi SJ Csek\u0151 Consulting Kft. 2015-2016 The \u201cFlute of Ermi\u201d radio play sequence is an adaptation from the \u201cFlute of Ermi\u201d novel by Peter Nemeshegyi SJ. According to our artistic concept, the series consists of 15 episodes, 15 minutes long each. Each episode is a whole in itself, and the chain of the stories brings forward the story of the main character, and by the last episode the story arrives to its happy ending festivity scene. Contemporary music \u2013 composed specifically for the audio play \u2013 plays an important part of forming the story, made alive by the voice of the actors and sound effects. The novel \u2013 from which our adaptation was born \u2013 is a fairy like story for teenagers, based on real life. The story shows the battle that takes place in the depth of the soul between good and bad. The names of the characters already suggest that this battle is a special battle. The name of the main character Ermi, read backwards is Imre (a common male name in Hungarian), Mr Ogyik is \u2018k\u00edgy\u00f3\u2019 (which means serpent in Hungarian). As we can see in our everyday life, evil wants to turn everything upside down. The end of the story gives a strengthening message: it is worth to fight for good, it is worth to take on sacrifices, because this way we can save the life of others and we can make them happy, and this way we ourselves can become happy. The characters of the story have to go through many adventurous and sometimes very frightening situations until they arrive to their happy meeting, until the two main characters happily meet each other. On their way \u2013 as in real life \u2013 the battle of Good and Evil is going on, and at the and the Good wins. Love wins! \u201cWho love, they lives forever!\u201d According to our creative concept, children, teenagers and adults, from age 0-100, can listen to this audio-tale \u2013 even together as a family program – enjoying the story, and thinking about the stories and messages of the characters of Peter Nemeshegyi\u2019s story. The story leads on the way of miracles and love, and this way leads not only in the fiction story, but also leads to our everyday life. It is a story, in which we can recognise ourselves. The story is made alive by the voice of well known Hungarian actors. The acting style is simple. We aimed to avoid the sound clich\u00e9s of the audio tales. The writer of the original novel, Peter Nemeshegyi SJ, is a Jesuit priest, an internationally acknowledged theologist, a teacher and a writer.<\/p>\n
